Fundraising Events

Particularly film screenings.  In the past two years we have collaborated with the NZ International Film Festival to secure blocks of seats at movies such as My Year with Helen and Celia especially for UN Women members, friends and supporters.

Lunchtime seminars

We bring like-minded people together over lunch to hear from great speakers on topical issues such as Pay Equity.

Women's Suffrage

We are proud to support and contribute to initiatives each year which celebrate Women's Suffrage

White Ribbon Day - 25 November

We also support and participate in events which promote the White Ribbon Campaign and mark the U.N. International Day for Elimination of Violence Against Women (IDEVAW).

16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence

The 16 Days Campaign has been used as an organising strategy by individuals and groups around the world to call for the elimination of all forms of violence against women. For more information about the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence, please visit Orange the World/#HearMeToo.
