Annual General Meeting 2021

We invite you to join us for our Annual General Meeting

Hear our Guest Speaker Sandra Bernklau, UN Representative to the UN Women Fiji Multi-Country Office on Saturday 29 May 2021 from 10.30am - 12.30pm.

Sandra will share updates on the projects the office operates for UN Women, which UN Women Aotearoa supports in 14 different countries throughout the Pacific and the impact of COVID-19 on these communities. These projects include Markets for Change, Women and Leadership and Ending Violence against Women.

Sandra will speak early after some introductory remarks and the AGM will follow.

The AGM will take place on Zoom with a Zoom link sent out closer to the time to those who register by emailing In-person gatherings will take place in Auckland and Wellington. You can join online or in person.


Please find a Nomination Form for election to the Board of UN Women Aotearoa NZ here for a two year term. Our Rules require that you are a current financial member of UN Women Aotearoa NZ to be on the Board and you must be both nominated and seconded by a member. We recommend that you contact a current Board member or the President prior to submitting a nomination.


Any member of UN Women Aotearoa NZ can move a resolution at the AGM, please send any resolutions to
